We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This notice describes processing in connection with visits to this website and contacting us.

3. Hosting and technical delivery

This website is provided through IONOS Deploy Now, operated by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Depending on the service configuration, technical connection information may be processed when visitors access our site, including IP address, access time, requested resources, browser information and technical response information.

Processing for availability, security and troubleshooting is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the reliable and secure operation of this website. According to IONOS Deploy Now documentation, server access logs are available through its deployment viewer or log directory for up to eight weeks. Optional visitor statistics are disabled under the current project configuration. This does not affect technical access logs. Our contract records include a data processing agreement for the service.

4. Contact by email

When you email us, we process your email address, any name or other information you voluntarily provide and your message. We use IONOS Mail Business for our business email service. According to its general service description, email products may process messages, contacts and technical logs. IONOS specifies a maximum of 28 days for email log files there; the actual product configuration remains decisive.

We use these details to respond to inquiries and, where applicable, to prepare or maintain a business relationship. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where processing is required for pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject or performance of a contract with them. Other business inquiries and communication with company representatives are generally processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence. Data are deleted when no longer needed for their purpose, subject to statutory record retention requirements.

5. Telephone inquiries

When you call us, we may process your telephone number, if transmitted, and any information you provide to respond to your inquiry. Depending on the inquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Information is deleted when no longer necessary unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Based on our current technical review, our independently developed website does not itself embed marketing or analytics cookies, third-party web fonts, advertising pixels or contact forms. The site reads your browser’s preferred language on your initial visit. If you select a language manually, we save only that choice (DE or EN) locally in your browser using localStorage, so that your preferred language is retained. This information is not sent to our server; you can change it using the language switch or remove it by clearing your browser data. We do not derive the language from your IP address. IONOS Deploy Now offers optional visitor statistics based on server logs. The operator has confirmed that the “Visitor statistics” feature is turned off for this AydServe project, and we do not currently use that optional functionality. Technical access logs required for reliable and secure operation are unaffected. This information will be updated before any future activation. If we introduce technologies requiring consent, we will first meet the applicable legal requirements, including Section 25 of the German TDDDG.

7. Recipients and international transfers

We use IONOS as a service provider for website hosting and business email. Where the services involve subprocessors or processing outside the EU or EEA, the applicable data protection conditions and, where necessary, appropriate safeguards are relevant. For our Mail Business product, IONOS lists 1&1 Mail & Media GmbH (email services) and Open-Xchange GmbH (webmail), both based in Germany, as approved subprocessors. IONOS also lists Cloudflare Inc. (USA; CDN operation) for certain hosting products. The documentation provided does not establish whether this CDN service is used for our specific Deploy Now project. Where international transfers occur, the relevant safeguards, potentially including EU Standard Contractual Clauses, apply.

8. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Statutory retention requirements remain applicable. According to product-specific Deploy Now documentation, access logs may be available for up to eight weeks. The general IONOS DPA service appendix specifies a maximum of seven days for other hosting product logs and 28 days for email product logs; these periods must be distinguished by product. Business correspondence is deleted when no longer required to process the inquiry or maintain a business relationship, unless statutory retention requirements apply.

9. Your rights

Subject to the applicable statutory conditions, you have the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and objection (Article 21). Consent may be withdrawn for the future under Article 7(3) GDPR. Contact: info@aydserve.de.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for our registered location is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

11. Security and updates

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures. IONOS Deploy Now provides HTTPS by default; encrypted access is available when accessing the website via HTTPS. We update this notice if data processing or legal requirements change.
